I’m a Business Transformation Specialist who helps ambitious senior executives and business owners in the Middle East achieve radical personal and professional transformation.

As an accomplished and results-driven individual with over 12 years of experience in managing all facets of business operations, I have dedicated over a decade to studying human behavior and psychoanalysis. I’m a certified psychologist of law, family psychologist, and psychotherapist practicing psychoanalysis.

In 2016, I took on a new position as a journalist starting in Malaysia and moving to Saudi Arabia thereafter where I directed a project and focused her efforts on economic research. I conducted over 600 exclusive face-to-face interviews with successful business magnates and top-level government officials in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

While engaging with successful personalities, my background in psychology played an important role in helping me understand the critical aspects of true leadership and the gaps that lie on the path to success. It allowed me to delve deep into great minds, understand their commonalities, and pinpoint what it takes to transition from a good leader to an outstanding one.

I used this knowledge to diligently build relationships with the government in Saudi Arabia along with top business performers during my time in The Kingdom.

With a strong background in business and criminal psychology, I formulated the insights gained as a journalist in Saudi Arabia while conducting interviews into my unique methodology HumanQ Method.

Human Q Method coaching mirrors Maryia’s own metamorphic experience, which was brought about by my unwavering passion for music. Having lived the defining periods of her life under the post-Soviet Belarusian regime, I underwent my fair share of transformations to break free from social conformity and discover my true self.

Although I did not know it at the time, my obsession with violin, which I played for over 7 years, allowed the synchronization of my emotions and logic. Inspired by my own experiences and the non-linear nature of music, I designed my methodologies to help people look at themselves and their businesses from non-linear perspectives.
