HumanQ Method

In 2016, Maryia took on a new role as a journalist, starting in Malaysia and later moving to Saudi Arabia, where she led a project focused on economic research. Over the course of her career, she conducted over 600 exclusive face-to-face interviews with successful business leaders and top-level government officials in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Her background as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist played a pivotal role during her engagement with these accomplished individuals. It gave her a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of true leadership and the challenges on the path to success. Through these interactions, she was able to explore the minds of high achievers, identify common traits, and understand what distinguishes a good leader from an exceptional one. With a solid foundation in business and psychoanalysis, Maryia transformed the insights she gained as a journalist into a unique methodology HumanQ Method integrating her understanding of leadership and psychology.
