HumanQ Method is a psychoanalysis-based methodology designed for CEOs, senior executives, and corporate directors to more effectively address the people, cultural, and personal issues they face in their roles. Psychologist turned Business Transformation Specialist Maryia Oayda founded HumanQ Method as a culmination of the work she has done with the top business magnates and leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and The Middle East for over 10 years. Maryia facilitates conversations business leaders cannot otherwise have with anyone else and places the highest value on upholding the confidentiality of those conversations, so she can trace complex issues to their root cause with a focused approach.

After over a decade spent transforming the top executives in Saudi Arabia, I have made one critical observation. For change to be real and lasting, the critical first step is personal transformation which can only be enabled through a psychoanalytical process.

Human Q Method is a holistic system combining psychoanalysis grounded in years of practice in the field and business coaching to identify the unconscious, habitual state of mind that leads to unhelpful tendencies and patterns of thinking.

It helps senior executives and business owners learn to manage their psychology and emotions skillfully so they are empowered to transform into the authority in their industries. It also helps to create dynamic, resilient teams and fast-growing companies.

The life of a senior executive is littered with unique responsibilities and expectations that cannot be passed down. It leads to isolation which creates a different type of pressure. That is why business leaders need more than techniques and step-by-step guides to understand their complex challenges.

HumanQ Method aims to make you think, uncover the real cause of a problem, and work with it, instead of addressing the symptom of the problem. A fundamental change starts with you understanding your real motives and desires at the deepest psychological level.

Every rung up the company ladder presents greater and more complex expectations on executives. That is where this understanding helps you solve a complex problem that sabotages your success.

The most notable achievement I have enabled for top business magnates in Saudi Arabia is a shift in perspective so they can tackle complex challenges with more ease through a more evolved worldview developed as a result of psychoanalytical coaching.

While coaching executives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I saw the pattern in requests executives came to me with, and how these requests were totally reshaped after a few sessions. The problems facing executives are always much deeper and more complex than they seem on the surface.

I developed my program for Saudi Arabian executives to be in alignment with the Saudi Vision 2030 which requires them to meet high standards of transparency and accountability. If executives are to guide the country’s economic and social development over the next 15 years so they can meet the goals set out by the Saudi Vision 2030, real change is necessary.
